We will blend stretching and conditioning to strengthen the muscles needed, guiding you through a number of stretches both active and passive, releasing those hard to get places. Beat Down ​​​​Base Low Pole Workshop

Toxic Cherry

If you want to own the stage then this workshop is DEFINITELY for you. Cherry will teach you some of her fierce floor play, including her notorious Beat Down combo, and smooth low flow that will have you capturing the attention of anyone who looks on as you work the base and lower third of the pole. However, these hot AF moves are no good on their own – in this workshop you will also be taught a mini routine to put your new skills to work! **Suitable for all levels. Heels are strongly recommended; knee pads are useful**

Toxic Cherry is known worldwide for her bendy legs, but being flexible didn’t come as a natural gift to her, she worked hard on it as a gymnast and she works even harder now as a performer. Throughout her personal flexibility adventure, Cherry has spent much time developing, researching and fine-tuning her stretching knowledge. She will share her own unique ‘tricks of the trade’ with you during this workshop to help you progress your front/middle splits (and over-splits) in a safe and consistent manner. **Suitable for all levels**
