Splits & Straddles Stretch Workshop

All level friendly, with alternatives and progressions freely offered. This workshop focuses on safe and effective stretches drills, and conditioning to increase your front & middle splits as well as your pancake fold. The conditioning you learn will help prevent injury, whilst you develop muscle length and joint mobility & stability. You do not need to be flexible to join this workshop, and if can already to these fancy splits, Emma will give you progressions to explore moving towards contortion shapes. Emma is not naturally flexible, so she understands the journey and has lots of hacks for results, still prioritising safety.

This is an intermediate + level workshop that will cover a range of cool tricks, some that are easier than they look and some that utilise fake flexibility! Become a tricks (con) artist! You will need a basic invert to get the most from this, but I will also offer some floor-based options too. Progressions always available for the more experienced artists.
