This is a low hoop choreo designed to explore movement on the floor incorporating the hoop. We will be using creative mounts and dismounts as well as fun and flowy transitions. We will also be incorporating some strop work and technique. Heels and knee pads recommend. Must have some hoop experience.
Base Line Workshop

This 75 minute workshop is for those of you who want to learn how to work the base of the pole. Alicia will share with you some of her signature transitions and tricks. These will include shoulder rolls, shoulder stands and some cute shapes. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
