You should wear shorts, a vest top, layering is optional on colder days. The reason for this is skin gives great grip on the pole and the pole gives you safety and security.

Tight fitting clothes are best for aerial classes, so that no clothing gets caught on the apparatus. We advise to wear leggings, with a short or long sleeve tops are fine but for some moves, long sleeve tops are preferable.

We advise you to wear clothes you feel comfortable in whilst still able to freely move. We would advise against bulky or structured clothing.

Grip can be a benefit, however, we do advise to always try moves and sequences without it at first, so you are predominantly trying to use your own strengths and disciplines. Sometimes though you just need grip!

Yes. You have the flexibility to manage your membership online, including the ability to cancel it. Please note no refunds are issued for any unused credits.

Absolutely. You can manage this via your online account. Any changes made will take effect from the next monthly payment date.

Unfortunately not. Monthly membership payments are taken on the same day each month from when you originally signed up.

Ample free parking is available at Chapel Road car park, adjacent to the rugby club, which is next to the studio.

Within the studio we have a dedicated changing area, toilet and wash facilities. Additionally we have a kitchenette and lounge area for general relaxing between classes.

Spinning in pole and aerial can cause some people dizziness however In time you get used to it - think of it like being on the waltzers.

You can use pole recommended grip aids to assist at those slippy times i.e. dry hands, girly grip, hang tight.

All poles are dual lined and have been weight tested so they can hold multiple people at one time. Additionally, so has all of the aerial equipment that we use. Believe us, this was our main concern 10 years ago, but honestly you have nothing to worry about.

We all have a personal journey and a reason for joining! Some people may have a previous dance background for example, however they are not better, they are just at a different part of their journey to you! You started for you. Remember that!

The short answer is no! We always suggest that some foundation pole skills are useful, however, these classes are not based on tricks up the pole. They are more about linking moves, flow and getting our sass on 💁‍♀️

When you are just dipping your toes into the world of Heels Choreo, it is best to start with 6/7 inch heels. It is good to shop around and even buy secondhand, as new heels can be expensive. As we progress and build confidence we tend to dance in 8” heels. We would highly advise against an heels greater than 9” as this can impact on stability and cause ankle injuries.

It is absolutely not compulsory, but if you want to and feel comfortable, I certainly won't discourage it 😍 If we are removing clothing I will always inform you in advance so you can bring additional layers, but you as long as you have appropriate clothing on (that allows for grip etc) and private parts are covered, wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Whereas we always recommend heels, we highly advise that you wear knee pads. This class involves a lot of floor transitions and we want to protect our knees.
